Common issues

Troubleshooting quick-reference.

Make sure your file is saved as UTF-8 CSV. If you’re using Excel on Mac, use ‘Export as CSV UTF-8’. If the first column header shows a strange character, enable the BOM strip option in WCBA settings.
This is usually a PHP timeout on shared hosting. WCBA v4.1 uses AJAX batching which should prevent this. If you’re still seeing it, increase max_execution_time in your php.ini or contact your host.
Make sure the ‘visible’ column in your CSV is set to 1. Also check WooCommerce > Products > Attributes to confirm the attribute taxonomy exists.
Undo snapshots are stored for 90 days. If you’re on v4.0 or earlier, undo is not available — update to v4.1.
Make sure you’re entering the license key exactly as received (no spaces). If it still fails, email support with your order number.
